JOB Discribtion:
* Candidates should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should provide Product Support, L2 support, Technical support, Trouble shooting profiles (International customer) and they should have basic knowledge in HTML, JavaScript
* Should have excellent Communication skills.
* Should be able to provide Product / Technical support with knowledge of HTML, Java script and CSS.
* Must have experience in Product / Technical support Knowledge in HTML, Java Script and CSS.
* Should investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end to end usage of advertisement operations tool.
* Must have experience in email support and solving the technical issue by step by step process.
* Must provide email based technical support to clients in different geos – 24*7.
* Should follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs – TFR, TRT, TAT, and FCR.
* Should maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Should help with research and troubleshooting of tough tickets.
* Must have knowledge of Gap Reduction.
* Should process improvement & Escalations management.
* Must have Product support/Application Support experience.
* Must have the knowledge of troubleshooting the issues related to ad servicing.
