* Should have ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers (Verbal/written).
* Should have good comprehension skills.

* Should have ability to concentrate , follow customers issues without distraction to resolution.
* Must not have more than 1 year of educational gap.
* Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
* Should be good self starter & effective team player.
* Must have the willingness to learn new things and be active team player
* Must have good inter personnel skills.
* Should not have any active backlogs.
* Should have good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
