GSR (www.gsr-inc.com) is hiring Automation test Engineers.

Position: Automation Testers with scripting experience.

Experience: 3-7years

Job Location: Chennai
Job Description:

Requirement 1:Embedded software testing: Ruby, Good C programming, Wifi concepts

Experience into SW testing of embedded software products
Good hands on C programming (> 2 years experience)
Strong scripting knowledge using Ruby/Python
Understanding of automation frameworks(Hybrid preferably)
Well versed with WiFi concepts Eg : 802.11b(CE Specific)
Basic understanding of Cyber security testing(CE Specific)

Requirement 2: Automation Testing with scripts.

Should have strong work experience in Automation testing
Must have experience in creating any Framework (Like Data driven, Keyword Driven OR Hydbrid) from scratch.
Good to have experience in scripting Languages like Ruby, Python or Perl
Ability to create Test Cases
Should be strong in OOPS Concept
Should have experience in Java Scripting
Java programming experience is an added advantage.

Requirement 3: (Ruby scripting and Java test automation)
Minimum 2-3 years hands-on of programming and debugging experience using at-least one of the open source scripting language/framework – Ruby (Preferable).
Minimum 2 years experience using OOPS and core JAVA.
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience implementing automation frameworks (Hybrid/data-driven, etc).
Should be well versed with code reviews, test design techniques, requirement analysis and developing effective test cases.
Good hands-on knowledge with SQL queries.

Has good knowledge of defect tracking and configuration management tools like Perforce/SVN, etc.
