We are looking for an outstanding Business Development Executives to be responsible for the cold calling and bringing business to the company using strategies.
Duties and responsibilities
Business Development Executives responsibilities include building client data base, bringing new clients on board through cold calls and other marketing strategies and retaining existing clients.
Responsibilities
Formulates strategies to market for selected Key accounts in conjunction with the propositions and industry segments area.
Identify the prospective customers for our subscription based service offerings.
Cold call the prospects and inform them about our service offerings.
Spearhead all lead generation initiatives.
Generating New sales & cross selling & up selling our services to key clients
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target; ensure healthy pipeline with closure status.
Should be able to Manage & Retain Existing Clients and grow them over the period of time.
Strong negotiation skills with aggressive pricing and terms & conditions for various campaigns.
Excellent presentation Skills
Should be able to update the customer knowledge regarding company service offerings and effective use of current technologies.
Key competencies
Have a pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
Have enthusiasm to identify and interact with prospective clients.
Should be a self-starter and capable of achieving targets.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
