Candidate Profile:
1. Handing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after Identification of manpower pitching, line ups for interviews.
2. Sourcing the best talent from diverse sources (References / Portals / Newspaper)
3. Preparation of candidates assessment sheet and interview rating sheet Structured interview procedure, Preparation of recruitment tracker.
4. Screening of resumes, organizing and conducting interviews, reference check, background verification, document verification and follow up with the selected candidates for further process.
5. Salary Negotiations with candidate
Candidate Profile:
1. Any qualification
2. Should have 1-3 years of experience in non-IT Recruitment
Salary:
FOR EXPERIENCE: 10K-20K(Monthly take home)+incentives
