Job Description :
1. The candidate will be deployed as Software Engineer in the Applications Team.
2. 2014 B.E./ B. Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication)
Desired Profile:
1. Minimum 60% marks in graduation
2. The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
3. The students should be flexible to get allocated to any of MphasiS operating locations
4. The students should be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
Profile/Designation:
1. First 6 months- Trainee ‘Level-1’
2. Post 6 months- Trainee Software Engineer ‘Level-2’
CTC Details:
1. The candidate will be hired at ‘Level 1’ for 6 months at INR 120000/-. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
2. The candidate will be moved to ‘Level 2’ after 6 months at INR 250000/-
Bond Period: 24 Months, incase of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 in full will be recovered from the employee.
Interview Process: One Round of Interview followed by Versant (Voice Assessment Test)
